Billing FAQ
Yes. Create an account, add one target you are authorised to test, and run a free scan against it: a fixed, time-boxed pass — nmap, whatweb, wafw00f, testssl, nuclei — ending in a real report. The exact tool set varies by target type. It is not the full 20-tool chain; that is what the paid plans run. No credit card, no sales call, and no time limit on reading the report afterwards.
No. Every paid plan runs the same 20-tool chain with the same AI orchestration — the one free scan is deliberately smaller, as above. Plans differ on how many applications you can track, how many scans you get per month, how often they run, how long history is retained, and which integrations are available. We do not sell you a worse scanner for less money.
One full run against one target, however many tools the chain ends up invoking. A run that fires 14 tools counts the same as one that fires 6. You are billed for scans, not tool invocations.
Scanning pauses until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We do not quietly run up an overage bill on you. If you are consistently hitting the ceiling, upgrading is prorated and takes effect immediately.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Annual plans run to the end of the paid term. Export your findings before you go — they are yours.
Prices are excluding VAT. We bill from the Netherlands: Dutch customers are charged Dutch VAT, VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU are handled under the reverse charge mechanism, and customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT.
Upgrade whenever you need the headroom — it takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period so you keep what you paid for.
